difficulty when install the insulation material:
1, the insulation layer construction plan should take into account the economic and
energy-saving, the need to use a combination of aerogel and common materials.
2, the pipe bracket must be blocked by thermal bridge treatment to further reduce heat loss.
3, the waterproof performance must be optimized.
Specific construction plan of silica aerogel insulation blanket:
Composite aerogel blanket insulation solution
(from inside and outside) 2 layers of 6mm thick aerogel blanket + 70mm composite silicate + 20mm rubber and plastic cotton + aluminum
Note when install the aerogel felt:
The 2-layer aerogel blanket is tightly wound with a single-sided aluminum foil fiberglass cloth to prevent heat leakage.
